π₯ What Youβll Do
- Lead client onboarding calls and translate goals into working AI systems
- Configure and deploy AI voice + DM agents that sound human, handle objections, and book calls
- Build end-to-end automations using n8n, Make.com, GoHighLevel, Zapier, Slack, Twilio, and more
- Design multi-channel engagement flows (SMS, email, voice, social DMs, CRM triggers)
- Test, stress, and QA workflows so they scale without breaking
- Continuously refine objection handling, re-engagement, and sequencing to maximize conversions
Experiment with agentic AI and autonomous workflows that operate end-to-end
- 3+ years hands-on building automations in n8n, Make.com, Zapier, or similar
- Strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and CRM integrations
- Experience deploying AI agents (Vapi, LangChain, GPTs, Relevance AI, or similar)
- Confidence in client-facing onboarding calls with clarity and leadership
- Builder mindset: you think in flows, document well, and own outcomes
- Bonus: scripting ability in Python or JavaScript for advanced logic
- Bonus: experience with agentic AI frameworks
