Maximus is currently hiring Bilingual Customer Service Representatives (English and Spanish calls) in the El Paso area, TX to join our growing team. This position is responsible for supporting the Health Texas Enrollment Broker project by providing customer care and enrollment services for health benefits via telephone, IVR, and web-based portals. This position is tentatively scheduled to start with equipment deployment on Thursday, January 8th and training beginning on January 12th.
Schedule Details:
- Our call center is open from 7:15 am EST - 5:30 pm MST, Monday - Friday
- 8-hour shifts are scheduled within the hours of operation
