No experience needed – we’ll train you on the job! All you need is a positive attitude and the ability to lift and move equipment.

🧭 What You’ll Do

Assist with loading and unloading event supplies and equipment
Set up tables, chairs, staging, lighting, and decorations
Break down and pack up event spaces after events
Follow event layout diagrams and instructions
Work closely with supervisors and other team members
Support various outdoor and indoor events throughout the city
Ensure safety standards are followed during setup and teardown
Maintain a neat and organized work area
Communicate effectively with team leads and coordinators
Troubleshoot minor setup issues on the spot

💰 Pay & Perks

Earn $20–$36/hr based on role and experience
Same-day pay available through select partners
Work as little or as much as you like — choose your shifts

Reliable transportation to event sites in and around Nashville
