Join our fast-paced Event Setup Team in beautiful Orlando, FL! We’re looking for energetic individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want to help assemble and break down events at local venues.
This is a flexible, gig-based opportunity where you can pick the days and times you want to work. It’s perfect for early risers who want to earn extra income during the week or on weekends.
No experience needed – we’ll show you the ropes on your first shift!

🧭 What You’ll Do

Set up event equipment such as tables, chairs, tents, and signage
Load and unload trucks with event materials before and after each job
Assist with basic lighting, audio, and stage installation (no technical skills required)
Ensure proper placement and alignment of furnishings and décor
Follow onsite instructions provided by the event coordinator or team lead
Break down equipment after events in a timely and careful manner
Keep event spaces clean by picking up trash and organizing gear
Work both indoors and outdoors depending on the event location
Use hand tools and light machinery safely (with training provided)
Communicate clearly and professionally with fellow crew members

💰 Pay & Perks

Earn $20–$35/hr depending on event size and responsibilities
Same-day pay available after each shift
Work when you want – no long-term commitment required
Weekend and weekday availability – pick what fits your schedule
Extra pay for early-morning or last-minute requests

Must be at least 18 years old
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for several hours
Reliable transportation to get to various event locations around Orlando
Basic communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Availability for early morning shifts (starting as early as 6 AM)
No degree required
No prior experience necessary – we welcome newcomers!
