🧭 What You’ll Do
- Set up tables, chairs, stages, booths, and tents per floor plans
- Unload and move event materials and supplies
- Assist with lighting, signage, banners, and décor placement
- Break down and pack up event areas after completion
- Coordinate with supervisors to stay on schedule
- Follow safety procedures and lift safely
- Assemble portable event structures
- Support event technicians with miscellaneous tasks
- Maintain cleanliness of storage and event areas
- Operate dollies and light equipment as needed
- Report any issues or delays to team leads
- Collaborate with a diverse team of setup professionals
- Work a mix of indoor and outdoor environments
- Help ensure smooth event flow through proper staging
- Occasionally assist with crowd barrier placement
- Take direction quickly and precisely under time limits
- Be on your feet and active throughout the shift
- Support multiple venues across Las Vegas metro area
