To join our team as a Energy Outreach Coordinator! You will conduct outreach and engage multi-family property owners, property management companies, and apartment associations to create awareness of energy savings opportunities and the availability of financial incentives through the Wisconsin Focus on Energy Program.
Successful candidates will reside in Central Wisconsin for frequent travel within the territory. (Eau Claire, Wausau)

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the multi family customer base
- Highlight energy savings opportunities at their facilities and presenting Focus on Energy financial incentives/rebate information
- Perform coordination and presentations of programs.
- Work to serve as a liaison between customers and contractors to enhance program satisfaction
- Work in cooperation with other energy efficiency programs to move projects forward and follow-up on leads.
- Leads researching of the markets; accumulating data on businesses, and identifying the key allies to be targeted on behalf of the programs.
- Identify and ensure continuous improvement of operations
In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…
- 1-3 years relative industry experience (HVAC, Lighting, Insulation, and Sales or Account Management)
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems for tracking interactions, managing data, and supporting workflow efficiency.
Driving
- Are at least 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license in the state you are seeking employment in, with a driving record that meets CLEAResult’s minimum safety standard
- Company vehicle provided
This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company. Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record. Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license, and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.
