You’ll be a vital part of turning an empty venue into an unforgettable event space. Whether it’s setting up chairs for a corporate seminar or arranging tables for a wedding reception, your contribution makes the magic happen.

🧭 What You’ll Do

Unload event equipment from trucks and place it properly on site
Assemble tables, chairs, stages, pipe & drape, and other event structures
Follow floor layouts and diagrams to ensure accurate setups
Assist the team in lifting, placing, and positioning items safely and efficiently
Break down event setups post-event and pack items for return
Maintain cleanliness and organization at setup locations
Use hand tools or basic equipment as needed
Work indoors or outdoors based on event location
Coordinate with event managers to complete setup tasks
Follow all safety procedures and report hazards

💰 Pay & Perks

Earn $20–$35/hr depending on shift and experience
Same-day pay options available
Choose your own shifts – weekdays or weekends
All equipment and tools provided
No dress code; simply wear closed-toe shoes and work-appropriate attire

Must be 18 years or older
Ability to lift 30+ lbs and move on your feet throughout shift
Reliable transportation to and from event venues in Minneapolis
Comfortable following directions and working in teams
