Maintain cleanliness of food stations and event spaces during service.
Break down event spaces and ensure equipment is returned and stored properly after events.
Follow food safety guidelines and hygiene practices at all times.
Communicate promptly with on-site supervisors and kitchen staff.
Handle light lifting of supplies and equipment (10–30 lbs).
Work mostly on your feet, moving between stations and hall areas.
Help pack leftovers and supplies once the event is complete.
