🧭 What You’ll Do
- Assist with setting up and taking down event equipment such as tables, chairs, stages, and tents
- Transport and load/unload event supplies
- Follow setup diagrams and instructions from event coordinators
- Help maintain a clean and organized event space
- Work collaboratively with the rest of the crew during set-up and teardown
- Occasionally assist in moving audio/visual gear and lighting
- Use hand tools and lifting equipment when necessary (training provided)
- Follow all safety and workplace procedures
- Report any equipment issues or unsafe conditions to a supervisor
- Be punctual and professional while on-site
