🧭 What You’ll Do
- Set up and break down event equipment including tables, chairs, stages, and AV components
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks at event locations
- Arrange signage, décor, and supplies according to event layouts
- Follow team lead instructions for time-sensitive setups
- Work in coordination with venue staff and other crew members
- Lift, carry and move heavy materials safely and efficiently
- Pack up furniture and gear post-event (teardown)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors
- Assist with emergency tasks as they arise
- Ensure all equipment is secured and accounted for
- Support multiple types of events from corporate to social to sporting
- Use basic tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, dollies, etc.) as needed
- Be punctual and ready to work scheduled shifts
