- Break down and load up equipment post-event
- Ensure compliance with all safety and cleanliness guidelines
- Assist chefs and servers with behind-the-scenes prep as requested
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members
- Be prepared to work on your feet and lift up to 35 lbs
- Provide friendly, customer-focused support when needed
