- Assist in unloading event materials and staging equipment
- Assemble tables, chairs, signage, and banners
- Help install lighting, audio, and other tech setups (training provided)
- Coordinate with event leads to follow layout designs
- Ensure setup areas are organized, safe, and neat
- Assist with clean-up and breakdown at shift end
- Handle light lifting and assist with moving carts & crates
- Operate hand tools and basic setup equipment if needed
- Support decorating or branding set-up as directed
- Provide on-site support for other event tasks as needed
