A company is looking for a Seasonal Customer Service Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, social media, or email in a professional manner
- Maintain and update customer account information while addressing issues and concerns
- Schedule delivery orders and assist with general customer service tasks, including account setup and soft collections
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 or more years of customer service experience
- Strong organizational skills with typing and data entry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Access
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
