We’re staffing flexible, short-term assignments for downtown events throughout the summer and fall. 🧭 What You’ll Do
- Set up tents, signage, tables, chairs, and equipment for pop-up events
- Assist with event site preparation and decorating
- Load and unload rental gear from trucks
- Break down and pack up materials post-event
- Work closely with event coordinators to ensure efficient setup
- Follow safety protocols and instructions on-site
- Deliver materials to/from locations if needed (must have license if asked)
- Clean and prep event spaces before and after use
- Help organize and store inventory neatly
- Support vendors with booth setup when assigned
