- Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators to ensure smooth operations
- Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines
- Assist with loading and unloading catering supplies and equipment
- Respond to guest requests and provide prompt, courteous service
- Handle clean-up and garbage removal as needed
- Ensure all tableware and utensils are restocked and sanitized
- Help with food prep or dishwashing as assigned
- Communicate any issues to supervisors immediately
- Support team members with various tasks throughout the event
- Follow directions given during pre-shift briefings
- Maintain professional appearance and attitude at all times
- Wear required catering uniform attire (black-slacks/white shirt/closed-toe shoes)
- Be ready to stand and move for extended periods of time
- Event locations vary—transportation reliability is a must
