🧭 What You’ll Do
- Assemble and disassemble event equipment such as staging, tents, chairs, tables, and signage
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks at venues
- Set up lighting, sound systems, and other AV gear under supervision
- Follow layout plans and instructions from event managers
- Handle decor materials like table settings, banners, and backdrops
- Collaborate with a team to meet setup deadlines
- Ensure that safety and cleanliness standards are maintained
- Keep tools and equipment organized throughout the event
- Report any damaged or missing items to supervisors
- Stay flexible — every gig is a little different!
💰 Pay & Perks
- Earn $20–$34/hr based on event type and performance
- Same-day pay available for most shifts
- Tips may be received at certain private events

- No degree required
- No experience necessary — we’ll show you the ropes
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to different event venues across the St. Louis area
- Must be 18 or older
- Black attire or appropriate uniform sometimes required depending on the event
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Basic understanding of tools a plus
- Good communication skills
