🧭 What You’ll Do
- Assist with loading and unloading event equipment such as tables, chairs, stages, and tents
- Follow setup diagrams and instructions for event layouts
- Assemble structures such as pipe & drape, portable bars, lighting rigs, or signage
- Ensure event spaces are organized and clean before and after events
- Break down and pack up equipment once events conclude
- Work indoors and outdoors depending on event location
- Communicate with event supervisors to ensure proper execution of layouts
- Use hand tools and carts/dollies as needed
- Follow safety protocols and lift equipment with proper form
- Help troubleshoot last-minute event needs and adjustments
