🧭 What You’ll Do

Assemble and break down event furniture like tables, chairs, and display booths
Assist in loading and unloading event materials from trucks
Set up signage, lighting, and decorations according to client instructions
Ensure all materials are placed as directed to prepare the venue for guests
Work with a team under the guidance of a supervisor to hit tight setup timelines
Help keep the work area clean and safe throughout the shift
Follow specific layout or floor plan directions provided on-site
May involve both indoor and outdoor work
Report any damages or issues to the event coordinator promptly
Assist with post-event breakdown and equipment return as needed
