Join our energetic team as part of the on-site Festival Grounds Crew in Houston, TX. We're looking for responsible, punctual workers who enjoy hands-on outdoor work during live events and festivals.

We’re offering flexible scheduling, same-day pay, and no prior experience is required to start. All training is provided on-site.
This role is ideal for energetic individuals ready to help set up, clean, and maintain lively event environments.

🧭 What You’ll Do

Assist with festival setup and breakdown including tents, tables, signage, barricades, and stages
Maintain cleanliness of the venue before, during, and after the event
Support vendors and performers with general onsite assistance
Monitor and dispose of trash and recycling to ensure a safe guest experience
Act as a runner for supplies and logistical support during event hours
Lift and carry event equipment up to 50 lbs
Follow all safety protocols and communicate clearly with your team leader
Assist with crowd control and wayfinding when needed

💰 Pay & Perks

Earn $20–$30/hr based on the event and shift
Receive same-day pay after completing your shift
Work as often or as little as your schedule allows
Choose between day or evening shifts

Must be at least 18 years old
Reliable transportation to event sites in the Houston area

Dress code: black pants and comfortable closed-toe shoes
