🧭 What You’ll Do

Assist in loading and unloading catering equipment from transport vehicles
Set up tables, chairs, linens, and beverage stations according to layout specs
Place dinnerware, utensils, and centerpieces neatly and professionally
Ensure presentation matches clients’ expectations and event standards
Work with other assistants and supervisors to coordinate room dressing
Clean and reset event spaces post-service, clearing tables efficiently
Pack unused materials safely for return to inventory
Support with kitchen handoff prep when needed
Follow all safety protocols and hygiene standards
