🧭 What You’ll Do
- Assemble and disassemble event furniture, tents, stages, and displays
- Assist with layout setup: chairs, tables, signage, lighting
- Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers
- Follow instructions from on-site coordinators and team leads
- Ensure event equipment is handled safely and correctly
- Perform light cleaning duties post-event
- Work both indoors and outdoors at various venues
- Lift up to 50 lbs with support from team
- Help transport items short distances as needed
- Use basic tools (screwdrivers, wrenches) for setup tasks
- Stay on your feet for extended periods
- Keep a positive, team-player attitude during fast-paced times
- Have a readiness to perform diverse physical tasks
- Be punctual and reliable for every shift assigned
- Dress according to safety and event standards
- Maintain order and take direction efficiently
- Adapt quickly to changes during event setup timelines
- Provide support to other event departments if needed
- Keep clear walkways and safe work zones
- Ensure all gear is returned in good condition
