- Load and unload event equipment including signage, tables, and tents
- Assist with setup and teardown of stages, chairs, and exhibition booths
- Place tablecloths and decor per layout instructions
- Follow safety protocols while lifting and moving heavy objects
- Collaborate with event coordinators and fellow crew members
- Work both indoor and outdoor event spaces
- Ensure equipment is set up correctly and securely
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Help troubleshoot issues onsite (e.g., broken equipment, layout adjustments)
- Report any safety hazards to supervisors
- Pack materials and return them to storage post-event
- Use hand tools and carts when necessary
- Read and interpret set-up diagrams accurately
- Stay on the move and keep energy high throughout your shift
- Wear appropriate attire including closed-toe shoes
- Be punctual and maintain a team mindset
