🧭 What You’ll Do

Unload and set up chairs, tables, signage, and stage equipment
Install lights, sound systems, banners, and décor
Ensure event spaces are clean and organized before guests arrive
Work as part of a team with event coordinators and other crew members
Follow setup plans and supervisor instructions for safety and accuracy
Support cleanup and teardown activities after the event concludes
Load equipment and materials back into trucks for transport
Report damaged equipment or safety hazards
Assist with last-minute adjustments and changes to the layout as required
May include outdoor or indoor work, depending on the event type
