We’re looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to assist with setting up and breaking down equipment for a variety of events including festivals, weddings, corporate functions, and concerts. It’s physical, hands-on work that lets you be part of the behind-the-scenes magic. No degree required, and you don’t need prior event experience to get started!
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Assemble and disassemble tents, tables, chairs, stages, and signage
- Unload and load event gear from trucks and trailers
- Assist with décor placement and layout staging
- Ensure all equipment is placed according to event blueprints
- Work as part of a coordinated team under the guidance of on-site leads
- Maintain safety protocols during all physical tasks
- Help keep the workspace organized and equipment secured
- Lift and carry items up to 50 lbs regularly
- Clean and reset spaces as needed post-event
- Operate hand tools (if trained)
- Communicate clearly and follow instructions
- Provide excellent support to vendors and guests as needed
