We’re looking for reliable and enthusiastic Event Setup Assistants to help with assembling stages, preparing seating areas, installing signage, and ensuring venues are prepped for concerts, festivals, and community gatherings.
This is a hands-on, active role—great for people who like staying on their feet and being part of something big. No previous setup experience? No problem. We’ll show you the ropes!

🧭 What You’ll Do

Assist with loading and unloading event equipment and supplies
Set up tents, tables, chairs, fencing, and other decor or signage
Help organize vendor and staff areas
Collaborate with supervisors and crew for efficient task completion
Support breakdown and removal after event conclusion
Ensure pathways and setups meet safety standards
Follow scheduling instructions and report to designated team leads
Lift gear up to 50 lbs (with team help when needed)
Work indoors or outside based on event type
Maintain a clean and organized job space

💰 Pay & Perks

Earn $18–$32/hr depending on event and shift
Same-day pay available after completed gigs
