- Assemble and disassemble event staging equipment
- Set up tables, chairs, pipe and drape, signage, lighting, and AV equipment
- Assist logistics team with loading/unloading trucks and organizing supplies
- Follow floor plans and direction from on-site supervisors
- Monitor and maintain tidiness during setup periods
- Support quick flips between event segments
- Communicate effectively with fellow crew members and venue staff
- Ensure timely arrival and professional appearance
- Lift and move equipment safely (up to 50 lbs)
- Work weekday and/or weekend shifts depending on event needs
