Assist in setting up event equipment such as tables, chairs, stages, and décor items.
Support the tear-down process after events are complete.
Load and unload trucks with event supplies and fixtures.

Provide basic customer support if event attendees have set-up related questions.
Collaborate as part of a team to stay on schedule and complete tasks.
Help maintain cleanliness and tidiness of event areas throughout setup.
Follow directions from event coordinators and site supervisors.
Move equipment using dollies and other tools provided on site.
Communicate clearly with your team on progress and challenges.
