🧭 What You’ll Do

Unload and set up event equipment including tents, tables, signs, and banners
Assist with crowd control, line management, and general guest support
Help vendors set up booths and displays before the event begins
Keep event areas tidy, restocked, and safe throughout the day
Tear down and pack equipment at the end of the event
Move light-to-moderate loads using hand carts as needed
Follow instructions from onsite event coordinators
Represent the employer with a friendly, helpful attitude
Adapt to changing event needs quickly and professionally
Stand, walk, and lift throughout your shift in an outdoor environment

💰 Pay & Perks

Earn $18–$30/hr depending on the event and your role
Same-day pay available after each shift

Must be 18 years or older
Reliable transportation to different event venues around Columbus
