🧭 What You’ll Do

Unloading and loading event materials such as tables, chairs, tents, stages, and decor
Transporting and arranging equipment according to protocols and layouts
Disassembling and packing up equipment post-event
Working with a small team under the direction of a site lead
Ensuring safety standards and protecting equipment from damage
Communicating effectively with event coordinators on-site
Helping clean areas during teardown to leave the site spotless

💰 Pay & Perks

Earn $20–$35/hr based on assignment complexity and shift
