🧭 What You’ll Do
- Assemble tables, chairs, and other event infrastructure
- Install signage, lighting, and event decorations
- Assist with staging and AV equipment setup
- Break down and pack up gear post-event
- Follow layout diagrams and team lead instructions
- Load and unload materials from event trucks
- Keep worksite clean and organized
- Help maintain inventory of event supplies
- Support other departments if needed (hospitality, check-in desk, etc.)
- Ensure all assigned duties are completed on time
