- Assemble and break down staging, lighting, and sound equipment

- Work under the direction of the venue manager or crew lead
- Move inventory and setup gear using dollies or carts
- Ensure event spaces are clean and organized before start time
- Reload trucks with gear post-event as needed
- Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE
- Help support crowd control barriers where required
- Respond quickly to setup changes or last-minute requests
💰 Pay & Perks
- Earn $20–$32/hr depending on experience and shift
