- Break down venues after events and assist with pack-up of supplies
- Maintain clean work areas and follow all sanitation guidelines
- Support chefs, servers, and supervisors as additional help is needed
- Follow event instructions and adapt to changing needs on the job
- Assist with crowd flow and guest questions during events when requested
- Stay on schedule and follow directions from event leads or supervisors
