🧭 What You’ll Do
- Assist with venue setup including tables, chairs, linens, and décor
- Help kitchen staff prep food or plate meals
- Serve plated meals or manage buffet lines professionally
- Clear plates, reset tables, and maintain a tidy event space
- Support kitchen cleanup and dishwashing tasks when required
- Handle light lifting of supplies and food items
- Communicate respectfully with guests and teammates
- Follow directions from catering leads or coordinators
- Break down and clean up after the event ends
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times
- Check-in onsite via mobile phone or designated contact
- Take initiative to help when needs arise
- Be punctual and presentable for each shift
- Work both indoor and outdoor setups
- Carry trays, bus tables, and refill beverage stations
- Assist with miscellaneous event tasks as needed
- Stand and move for extended periods during shifts
- Occasionally work with alcohol (must be 21+ for relevant shifts)
- Wear appropriate black-and-white catering attire
- Create excellent guest experiences with a friendly attitude
