🧭 What You’ll Do
- Transport chairs, tables, staging and other event materials
- Assist with light assembly of event structures and décor
- Place signage and guide posts as directed
- Load/unload equipment efficiently onto trucks and vans
- Follow setup diagrams shared by event coordinators
- Breakdown and clean up venue after events
- Ensure all tools and equipment are accounted for post-shift
- Perform light cleaning as needed between event sets
- Assist other crew members and communicate closely with team leader
- Adapt to changing event needs and timelines
