- Participate in large group efforts to assemble tents and structures
- Check inventory of setup gear upon arrival and departure
- Work as part of a team to complete setup tasks quickly and efficiently
- Conduct safety checks on event furniture and materials
- Comply with event safety regulations at all times
- Communicate effectively with event teams and supervisors
- Support high-profile or VIP events with professionalism
