Join our energetic event support team in Fort Worth for flexible evening shift opportunities.
We’re hiring Event Setup Crew members to help with transforming venues before live shows, private parties, and corporate events.
This gig is perfect if you're looking for a part-time side hustle with same-day pay and no long-term commitment.
You’ll work at a variety of venues throughout the Fort Worth area, assisting with loading, arranging, and staging equipment and décor.
No degree required and no experience needed — we provide basic training on-site.

🧭 What You’ll Do

Unload and load event equipment such as tables, chairs, sound systems, and décor.
Assemble furniture, props, stages, and signage as per setup instructions.
Help organize venue layouts according to floor plans or diagrams.
Clean and prep event spaces pre- and post-event.
Coordinate with supervisors and follow setup timelines.
Pack up and assist with teardown after events conclude.
Lift and move bulky items safely and efficiently.
Maintain professionalism and teamwork on-site.
Report damages or missing items.
Follow safety guidelines and wear required gear.

💰 Pay & Perks

Earn $19–$30/hr depending on the shift and event type.
