🧭 What You’ll Do
- Load and unload event equipment such as tables, chairs, tents, and staging
- Set up and tear down stages, booths, and displays
- Assist event coordinators with layout setup based on floor plans
- Handle décor placement and lighting arrangements
- Ensure venues are clean and orderly before and after events
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, or carts to transport material on site
- Work on a team to safely assemble temporary structures like tent frames
- Support the team with miscellaneous duties as required by the event manager
- Report any issues or damages to equipment
- Follow instructions and meet setup timelines consistently
💰 Pay & Perks
- Earn $20–$35/hr depending on event size and duration
