You'll be part of a dynamic team that sets up and tears down for concerts, festivals, conventions, weddings, and corporate functions. Weekend availability is a big plus, but flexible weekday shifts are offered, too!
No experience needed—just bring your energy, reliability, and ability to lift basic event equipment. Training is provided on-site.

🧭 What You’ll Do

Load in and out event equipment like chairs, tables, lights, and staging materials
Assemble and disassemble temporary structures such as tents, stage backdrops, or fencing
Assist coordinators and supervisors with setup layouts based on event plans
Keep work areas clear and organized for safety
Conduct light cleaning and maintenance of equipment when necessary
Work with a team to complete tasks efficiently and professionally
Help move items to proper storage post-event
Use dollies, carts, and hand tools (training provided)
Report any damaged equipment or safety hazards
Be on time and ready to work—every shift counts

💰 Pay & Perks

Earn $18–$30/hr, paid weekly
