🧭 What You’ll Do
- Assemble tables, tents, stages, and other event equipment
- Move chairs, lighting rigs, and decor into position based on event layouts
- Assist with unloading and loading event rental trucks
- Help install signage, banners, and directional materials
- Break down and clean up after events
- Maintain organization and uphold safety standards on-site
- Work closely with event managers and other team members
- Perform light cleaning and trash removal tasks
- Assist with equipment inventory checks
- Place protective floor coverings as needed
- Wrap and safely store equipment post-event
- Reset venue layouts between event segments
- Follow detailed instructions for setup aesthetics
- Adapt quickly to last-minute changes or adjustments
- Provide general onsite support to vendors and guests
- Communicate clearly with team leads
- Arrive on time and ready to work at each shift
- Lift and carry items up to 50 lbs with assistance
- Use tools such as dollies, hammers, and zip ties as needed
- Respect local venues and client property at all times
