- Work closely with event coordinators and supervisors to ensure a smooth setup
- Handle lightweight gear such as stanchions, linens, banners, and signage
- Break down and clean up post-event material efficiently and safely
- Lift and shift items up to 40 lbs as needed
- Maintain a professional attitude when at client sites
- Follow all onsite safety rules and protocols
- Adapt quickly when event plans shift last-minute
