- Assemble and disassemble event equipment such as tables, chairs, stages, and tents
- Help carry and position décor elements, signage, and lighting
- Load and unload event materials from trucks
- Set up crowd management equipment (e.g., barriers, ropes, signage)
- Coordinate with event managers and follow setup instructions carefully
- Ensure event space is clean before and after the event
- Use basic hand tools for minor assembly tasks
- Lift and carry items up to 50 lbs with or without assistance
- Perform duties indoors or outdoors depending on the event
- Follow safety protocols at all times
