🧭 What You’ll Do
- Assist in setting up tables, chairs, linens, and food service stations
- Serve buffet-style dishes and beverages to event guests
- Clear plates, glasses, and trash from dining areas throughout the event
- Keep service areas clean and organized
- Support catering leads and follow directions promptly
- Break down and pack up equipment after the event ends
- Help load/unload supplies and dishes if needed
- Be on time and dressed appropriately for each assigned shift
- Maintain a professional, customer-first attitude
- Follow all sanitation and food safety guidelines
- Communicate clearly with team members on shift schedules and responsibilities
- Use basic tools safely when assembling or dismantling event furniture
- Lift and carry catering trays or boxes up to 30 lbs.
- Work a variety of indoor and outdoor events in different venues
- Ensure guests’ needs are met throughout the event
