We're looking for energetic and dependable individuals to join our Event Setup Crew in St. Louis! From concerts and trade shows to weddings and festivals, you'll help bring events to life – all while working flexible shifts that suit your schedule.
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Assemble and disassemble event tents, stages, and VIP areas
- Transport event equipment and décor to and from venue sites
- Install chairs, tables, signage, and displays per setup layouts
- Support lighting and sound teams with cable setup and teardown
- Keep setup and storage areas clean and organized
- Follow directions from onsite coordinators and team leads
- Perform frequent lifting, bending, and walking during shifts
- Ensure safety practices are followed during all tasks
- Troubleshoot any setup issues on the fly with team support
- Load/unload trucks and storage containers with care
💰 Pay & Perks
- Earn $18–$28/hr based on role and experience
- Same-day payment options available for many shifts
- Weekend and evening availability earns premium pay
