- Ensure all elements are placed correctly based on event floor plans
- Communicate clearly with team members and coordinators
- Inspect equipment for damage and report issues as needed
- Perform tasks indoors and outdoors, rain or shine
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs throughout your shift
- Keep event areas clean and clear during setup and teardown
