🧭 What You’ll Do

Assist with setup and breakdown of event areas, tents, stages, and seating.
Help with crowd control, event flow, and directing guests as needed.
Support vendors and performers with basic logistics and supply needs.
Maintain a clean and safe event environment for all attendees.
Be a friendly face for guests and provide great customer interaction.
Carry, lift, and move event equipment with your crew as needed.
Ensure all safety protocols and instructions from supervisors are followed precisely.

💰 Pay & Perks

Earn $20–$32/hr depending on event type and shift.
Same-day pay available after your shift!
Work when it fits your life — choose week-to-week.
Bonus pay for late-night and high-demand shifts.
Work at concerts, festivals, sports events, and more.
Travel stipends may be provided for events outside downtown Atlanta.

🧰 Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
Arrive on time and ready to work with a great attitude.
No degree required — we value hustle and reliability.
No prior experience? No problem. We’ll provide on-the-job training.
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors depending on event needs.
Must wear appropriate attire as outlined per event (black pants/shirt, closed-toe shoes).
