Set up tables, chairs, linens, and serving stations per event requirements
Support servers by refilling drinks, handling trash, and cleaning tables
Break down equipment and clean up after events
Work under the supervision of the event manager or lead catering staff
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Help load and unload catering vans and carts
Prepare and wrap utensils, napkins, and to-go containers
Ensure timely setup and smooth service during events
Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor
