We’re looking for enthusiastic Catering Crew Helpers to support food service events across Tampa, FL. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love putting smiles on faces through great food and service, this gig is for you!
Whether you’re an experienced hospitality pro or trying something new—no experience is needed. This is a great foot-in-the-door opportunity to gain hands-on catering and event experience with a fun and diverse team.
Shifts are available on evenings and weekends. Choose the events you want to work and fit work around your life—it’s that flexible.

🧭 What You’ll Do

Assist with event setup including tables, linens, food stations, and décor
Help unload and carry catering supplies and food items
Serve food, beverages, and ensure refills during events
Clear dishes, tidy service areas, and maintain a clean work environment
Support breakdown and pack-up after events
Coordinate with the venue and event manager for a smooth flow
Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols
Handle guest questions and provide friendly, professional service
Work indoor and outdoor venues including weddings, corporate events, and private parties
Lift trays and work on your feet for extended periods

💰 Pay & Perks

Earn $19–$30/hr depending on experience and assignment

Must be 18 years or older
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
Reliable transportation to/from event locations
Polite, professional demeanor
No degree required
No prior catering or food service experience needed
Excellent time management skills
Must dress professionally and follow dress code for events
Experience in hospitality is a plus but not required
