🧭 What You’ll Do

Unload trucks and transport event equipment to designated areas.
Assemble stages, tables, tents, and seating following event diagrams.
Set up lighting, signage, and décor as instructed by team leads.
Assist with cleanup and breakdown of equipment after events.
Follow safety protocols and maintain clear walkways at the site.
Work both indoors and outdoors depending on the venue location.
Coordinate with supervisors to ensure timely and complete setup.
Use hand tools and lifting equipment when needed.
Help solve on-the-fly challenges as they arise during the setup shift.

💰 Pay & Perks

Earn $18–$30/hr depending on the event and shift type.
Same-day pay available for completed shifts.

🧰 Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Able to stand, lift (up to 50 lbs), and move for extended periods.
Capable of working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
Comfortable following verbal and written instructions.
Punctuality and reliability are critical — show up ready to work.
Black jeans/pants and closed-toe shoes required for most gigs.
Some assignments may require early evening availability (5PM+).
Customer service attitude — represent the team positively at events.
