- Assist in setting up tables, chairs, stages, and tents at event sites
- Handle light equipment like lighting and audio gear under supervision
- Unload and load event materials safely from trucks
- Ensure all event items are organized and placed per the floor plan
- Break down and pack equipment and materials after event completion
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment during setup and teardown
- Follow directions from event supervisors and team leads
- Work efficiently within tight time windows and schedule constraints
- Use tools for minor assembly/disassembly tasks (wrenches, carts, etc.)
- Assist with last-minute layout changes as needed
