🧭 What You’ll Do

Load and unload event materials like furniture, lighting, signage, and audio equipment.
Assemble/disassemble setups including tents, tables, chairs, and decorations.
Follow on-site supervisors’ directions to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
Keep work areas clean and organized during and after setup/teardown.
Lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs, sometimes outdoors in various weather conditions.
Work closely with teammates to meet setup deadlines.
Transport supplies using dollies, carts, and hand trucks.
Assist in inspection of gear and equipment before and after use.
Ensure safety protocols are observed on-site.
Represent the team professionally at public and private events.

💰 Pay & Perks

Earn $20–$35/hr depending on experience and shift length.
